Current Resume (optional for classified), High School Diploma/GED Certificate, Official College Transcripts, Copy of Degree(s), 39-Month Motor Vehicle Report, ORIGINAL Current 10-year Navajo Nation Background Check report, Copy of First Aid/CPR Card/Certificate, Certificate of Indian Blood (CIB), if claiming Navajo/Indian Preference, AZ DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card, Federal FBI background check (upon selection, before starting).
